Although Betchain has only been on the gambling market since 2014, it has also made a name for itself here in Germany. The choice of different games is enormous. So besides slots and various table games also Scatch Cards and two lotto variants are offered. The special thing about the provider is that you can only pay with Bitcoins. I tested the platform in detail and wrote down my experiences for you here.

All existing games are of very high quality both graphically and from the gaming experience. Accordingly, I had a lot of fun trying out the games during my test. Unfortunately, I found out during my test that the online casino does not provide a truly mobile application for its users. In other words, there is neither a native app for iOS nor for Android. This makes it possible to gamble while on the go, but with slight limitations in this area. The Betchain Welcome Bonus – Top or Flop?

So you have a total of 200€ which you can use for gambling. The minimum amount to be able to claim the new customer bonus is just 10€, which I think is fair. If you want to pay with Bitcoins, an amount of at least 0.05 BTC must be deposited. In addition to the welcome bonus you will also get 50 free games, which you can use for example to try out the slot machines. You do not need to enter a bonus code.
In order to cash out any winnings, you must wager your bonus and deposit 50 times. Even though there is no time limit for this, I find this very unfriendly for the customer, as on the one hand the entire balance must be converted and then at a much too high rate. There the welcome bonuses of the other on-line Casinos are quite more attractive and fairer. Also one cannot convert the bonus with Betchain with each Game. Thus Roulette and Baccarat are not considered at all, while with Blackjack and Craps only 5% are counted. Only the slot machines count for 100 percent.

Optionally you can also use a live chat, which will only be activated after 11 am. However, I have to mention here that you should rather send your requests in English, as not all employees speak German. Of course, it would be desirable to employ the appropriate specialists for the German market. A small FAQ area is also available, which might be able to answer some questions in advance. A hotline is unfortunately not available, which I have to evaluate as quite negative. So at this point you have to make improvements accordingly.
Conclusion
Altogether we have seen it here with a quite good Bitcoin Casino to do that at present tries on the German gambling market to gain a foothold. Particularly pleasing are the very large selection of games and the cooperation with several software providers. Also the design and the simple navigation of the site should not go unmentioned. In comparison to the best online casinos in Germany, however, some compromises have to be made. So the live area is unfortunately not recommendable, because there is no right game selection offered here. In addition, there is no native app that makes it easier to play while on the go. And also the customer support should be improved and should be available in German language. However, I can recommend the casino both for newcomers and for professionals, since the selection of games and the various betting limits already ensure high gaming fun.
